  • INCATech Receives the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forums (SECAF) 2023 Project of The Year Award | INCATech-corp.com

INCATech Receives the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forums (SECAF) 2023 Project of The Year Award May 31, 2023 The SECAF Government Project of the Year award recognizes companies that have delivered an exemplary program with significant value to the federal government. INCATech is honored to have been the recipient of this award for our work supporting the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA) developing the Personnel Recovery Information Data system (PRIDS). INCATech provides strategic advice and technical subject matter expertise on enterprise system design, database management system, and geospatial data visualization. INCATech helped JPRA to achieve program objectives and identify the tools and methodologies to effective management of cost, schedule, and risk. INCATech developed a highly technical and well thought out solution tailored to the government’s requirements. We custom-built an innovative solution that solves a long-standing challenge of processing terabytes of disorganized, unstructured data—a challenge not solved by any off-the-shelf solutions or integrations previously explored: JPRA coordinates efforts to safely recover personnel who are in danger or vulnerable abroad. Further, JPRA must maintain a historical record of personnel recovery events, activities, and operations. However, data are stored in disparate systems, computer networks, and security domains across U.S. agencies and international partners. JPRA needed a secure, single point of access to search for these data. Thus, INCATech developed PRIDS, a globally accessible, user-friendly, and secure data management service that revolutionizes the way we process and access data. INCATech’s innovations exceeded expectations and prepared us to stay ahead of future demands. Innovations include (1) Natural Language Processing/Artificial Intelligence to process terabytes of data and (2) geotagging so that users can filter and visualize results using spatial and temporal facets. Further, INCATech used cloud-native development practices to ensure we can adjust to evolving needs. About The Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum For more than 20 years, the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF) has empowered government contractors to scale and succeed. SECAF is comprised of senior leaders from active government contractors and established service pro997-2081viders. Members have access to the connections, events, education, tools, and resources needed to stay on top of industry trends, win government contracts, and experience exponential growth.
